Ability to work with students of varying ages and abilities. Desire to actively engage students in meaningful activities. Desire to be a role model for our students and younger staff members. Description of Duties: Engage and support students in our program with academic, social skills, and other fun/social-based activities. Be a role model for our younger staff and students. Assist staff with cleaning and organization of student areas. Assist staff with student engagement and structured/free play. Assist staff prior to the start of and during Academic and/or Enrichment programs. Assist staff with transitioning students to different activities, schedules, as well as arrival and dismissal.
