Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Opportunity: Advanced Practice - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Job Details: OB Only overnight shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM Must be available to work Monday, Friday, and weekends Very busy, high acuity environment with approximately 7,500 births per year Epidural and spinal anesthesia skills required General anesthesia required including adult, pediatric, neonatal, and trauma cases Obstetrical cases required Spinal and epidural anesthesia required Regional anesthesia, neurosurgical cases, open heart anesthesia, thoracic cases, complex vascular cases, and complex orthopedic cases preferred Pain management techniques, post-op epidural, and post-op extremity blocks preferred Central line placement, arterial line placement, and PA catheter placement preferred Ventilation management and evaluation of acute volume/BP issues preferred Board certification required; ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required Locum Tenens request type; ongoing position Facility: This facility is a major academic medical center offering a comprehensive range of services including advanced surgical specialties, obstetrics, pediatrics, neurosurgery, cardiac care, and complex vascular procedures.
