On-Site Leasing & Resident Experience Specialist

HomeRiver Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to support leasing operations and resident relations. You will respond to inquiries, conduct property tours, explain lease terms, guide applicants through the application and move-in process, and coordinate with management and maintenance to ensure a positive resident experience.
