Position: DevOps Support Engineer
Location: Atlanta, GA

Essential Skills:
DevOps Support Engineer with strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and CloudBees.
The role involves supporting production applications, troubleshooting issues, ensuring system stability, and collaborating with development and DevOps teams to maintain high availability and performance.
Role Description:
Provide L2L3 production support for pipeline based applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, and deployment-related issues.
Monitor application health using observability tools and respond to alerts.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
Support CICD pipelines using CloudBeesJenkins.
Work with AWS services and EKS clusters for deployments and troubleshooting.
Analyze logs, metrics, and performance data to identify bottlenecks.
Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
Participate in on-call rotation and manage incident bridges when required.
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (App D, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK, Splunk) Strong experience in Java (81117).
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot (REST APIs, Microservices).
Understanding of application architecture and microservices design.
Good working knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch).
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS).
Experience with Docker containers and container troubleshooting.
Experience with CloudBees (Jenkins) pipelines.
Understanding of CICD processes and release management.
Basic knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (TerraformCloudFormation is a plus). Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
