We're looking for a Manager, Programs, Events & Client Services to play a central role in delivering exceptional client experiences across our leadership programs. This position combines program management, client relationship management, and operational excellence. You'll oversee the execution of our nationally recognized open enrollment leadership programs while working directly with Bell's trainers and leadership experts to ensure every participant receives an outstanding experience. What You'll Do Program Management Manage end-to-end coordination of Bell's Open Enrollment leadership programs. Coordinate logistics for assigned custom leadership programs. Provide program management and logistical support for select Bell speaking engagements, conferences, and other external events and exposure opportunities. Manage registrations, participant communications, schedules, materials, facilities, vendors, and program resources. Monitor program execution and proactively resolve issues. Maintain program documentation, reports, budgets, and records. Client Experience Serve as a primary point of contact for participants and client organizations. Build trusted relationships before, during, and after programs. Ensure every participant receives a high-quality experience. Business Development Support Support client outreach and follow-up communications. Recognize opportunities to strengthen client relationships and identify future program opportunities. Help coordinate strategic speaking engagements, conferences, and other visibility opportunities that support Bell's business development and relationship-building efforts. Partner with Bell's business development and marketing team. Work closely with Bell trainers before and during programs. Coordinate across operations, marketing, and business development. Qualifications Required 5-7 years of experience in program management, project management, client services, event management, operations, or a related professional role. Outstanding organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort learning CRM/business systems. Ability to work on-site in Chapel Hill with occasional evening hours during program delivery and some travel for programs at client sites throughout the U.S. Preferred Experience in executive education, leadership development, corporate learning, professional services, consulting, or training. Experience coordinating events, executive meetings, conferences, or leadership programs. Experience with CRM platforms. Budget coordination or vendor management experience.
