Crum & Forster, a leading underwriter, seeks a VP, Underwriting Manager in the Accident & Health Special Risk team in New Jersey. You will lead the UW team, shape profitability, evaluate and manage complex risks, and influence program structure with carriers. You will mentor staff, oversee reinsurance placements, and partner with senior leaders on strategic planning. Travel 25–30% is required as you build partnerships with MGUs, TPAs, and key producers to grow a diversified portfolio. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cfins
