We are looking for an energetic, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with us.Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.What You'll Do Day-to-Day (Essential Duties & Responsibilities):Process all shop repair orders by scheduling & assigning work to shop Associates.Document and diagnose necessary repairs by taking photographs.Work closely with communication with customers and insurance companies to obtain necessary authorization and documentation relating to repair work.Monitor job schedules to ensure timeliness of repairs and job pricing.Complete invoicing and collecting procedures in a timely manner.Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support businessWhat We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):High school diploma or equivalent.Three (3) years of related automotive repair facility or heavy-duty truck experience preferred.Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Windows.
