• 24-hour call coverage from 7am to 7am
• 1-2 patients per day across nursery, ED consults, and pediatric floor
• Hospital setting with nursery level 2 unit
• Nursery level 2, ED consults, and pediatric medical surgical care
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
