Smaller community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Nurse Manager ICU, CSU & Dialysis! Sign On Bonus and Relocation! Provide leadership to Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Cardiac Specialty Unit (CSU), and Dialysis. Accountable for the clinical, operational, and fiscal performance of the designated unit. Position oversees the execution of short-and long-term strategies to support organizational goals pertinent to the campus, establishes and ensures compliance with standards of clinical care, and maintains accountability for staffing, quality, safety, service and clinical excellence throughout these areas. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing 3+ years or more years’ experience in all aspects of critical care nursing.
