In this dynamic role, you'll rotate through various departments including cultivation, harvest, propagation, trimming, and machine operation depending on business needs. Over time, you may specialize in one area based on performance and fit.

Cultivation & Propagation
- Transplanting, watering, pruning, and monitoring plant health
- Assisting with greenhouse maintenance and sanitation
- Following SOPs and safety guidelines
- Harvesting plants while maintaining product quality
- Hand- or machine-trimming cannabis flower
- Maintaining speed and accuracy during repetitive tasks
- Operating trimming or packaging equipment under supervision
- Assisting with machine cleaning and basic troubleshooting
- Ensuring safe and efficient production flow
The right candidate is:
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to follow directions and work well both independently and in a team
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical labor (standing, lifting, bending)
- Open to learning and working across multiple departments
- Flexible with schedules and available for overtime as needed
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must pass a background check (California requirement)
- Must have reliable transportation to Padero, CA
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- On-the-job training in multiple cannabis departments
