Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and available resources, enabling informed treatment planning.

  • Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

  • Design, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, establishing clear therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to individual client needs.

  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups to enrich clients’ therapeutic experiences and foster community support.

  • Provide crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans as needed, ensuring client safety is always prioritized.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

  • A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

  • At least two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient treatment setting.
