Healthcare organization in North Central Arkansas seeking a full-time Pharmacist to support its pharmacy operations in the office setting. This role is responsible for reviewing and verifying medication orders, accurately dispensing medications, providing drug information, and making appropriate clinical interventions to support safe and effective medication therapy.
The position offers a 10-hour shift schedule , Day/Various.
Job Responsibilities
- Review and verify physician medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Dispense medications accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate drug information to healthcare personnel as appropriate.
- Perform appropriate clinical interventions to optimize medication therapy.
- Work with pharmacy leadership to support pharmacy department best practices.
- Operate pharmacy computer systems and related equipment.
- Prepare medications and perform pharmacy-related tasks requiring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with personnel across the organization.
- Prioritize responsibilities and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain concentration and composure while managing interruptions and competing priorities.

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
- Current Arkansas Pharmacist license in good standing.
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of pharmacy experience is preferred.
- Recent pharmacy graduates will be considered.
