As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our night shift, you'll play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to our residents.

About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate CNA to join our night shift team. As a CNA, you'll be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living, taking vital signs, and monitoring patient conditions. You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take vital signs, monitor patient conditions, and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Assist with feeding, transfers, and other patient care activities as needed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
