Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in Oregon or eligibility to obtain one
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are also encouraged to apply
• Previous experience working with children or in educational settings is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and student goals
• Deliver therapy in group and individual settings, adapting interventions to meet each student’s unique needs
• Monitor progress, maintaining comprehensive records and reporting on outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations to support student success
• Engage with families and staff to promote carry-over of skills beyond therapy sessions
• Stay current with evidence-based practices and professional standards
