Responsibilities Follow recipes and prepare dishes in bulk Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking Weigh and measure ingredients Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables in bulk Basic cooking functions such as preparing sauces. Label stock and inventory all ingredients Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas Pre package daily meals going out Able to adhere to temperature guidelines hot and cold Able to work in a group environment Qualifications Ability to communicate and listen to team members Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal Experience as a Prep Cook a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Kitchen to go, Inc.
