Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up, cleaning, and organizing displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and completing audits and required documentation. Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, locating merchandise, and assisting with purchasing decisions; resolve issues and promote company products and services. Follow company policies related to the freezer/cooler area by complying with food handling policies, operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment, obeying cold chain procedures, cleaning the area, monitoring fans and doors for proper operation, and reporting issues to management. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
