What You'll Do

• Assist retail and wholesale customers at the parts counter by addressing inquiries and processing part purchases.
• Utilize electronic catalogs and dealer management systems (DMS) to accurately identify and locate parts.
• Process parts sales, returns, and special orders promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure the correct parts are available for all scheduled repairs.
• Maintain a well-organized, clean, and fully stocked parts counter environment.
• Track back-ordered parts and communicate updates on status to customers and service advisors in a timely manner.

What We're Looking For

• Applicants must demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities along with strong organizational skills.
• Availability to work rotating Saturdays is required.
• A friendly and outgoing personality with a talent for building and maintaining relationships; essentially, a "people person."
• Capability to operate a vehicle with a valid driver's license.
• As we maintain a drug-free workplace, all candidates must successfully pass a drug screening.
• No prior experience is necessary; however, candidates must be eager to learn and teachable.
• Professional appearance and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Proficiency with computers and familiarity with basic office software.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and terminology is a plus.

Who You Will Be Reporting To

You will report directly to John Regalado, Mazda Parts Manager, who has over 5 years of experience, collaborating closely to ensure accurate and timely processing of all parts inventory and customer orders. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the parts operations of Mazda City of Orange Park while developing your professional skills in a supportive environment.
