This is a leadership role responsible for supervising managers, ensuring person-centered services are delivered in alignment with PCSP/ISP goals, and maintaining compliance with state and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is a mission-driven leader with experience in IDD services who can strengthen systems, support staff development, and ensure high-quality outcomes for the individuals we support.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Supervision: Supervise and coach Residential Services Managers and House Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.Program Oversight & Compliance: Ensure services are delivered in accordance with PCSP/ISP goals, Medicaid waiver requirements, and state regulations.Person-Centered Plan Implementation: Monitor and support staff in implementing person-centered plans within daily routines and documentation.Quality Monitoring & Performance Improvement: Identify gaps in service delivery, documentation, and compliance; implement corrective actions and staff training.Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate with families, Support Coordinators, clinicians, and internal teams to ensure coordinated, person-centered supports.Perform other duties as assigned to support program operations, compliance, and the mission of SimplyLove Care.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IDD/DD services. Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Knowledge of Medicaid waiver services and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.SchedulePrimarily weekday leadership role with on-call responsibilities, including 24-hour weekday on-call coverage. Occasional weekend coverage may be required as needed to support staffing or operational needs.CompensationSalary Range: $48,000 - $55,000 annually (based on experience).
