If you’re driven by visible results, join a crew that shapes koi ponds, custom waterfalls, boulder walls, and premium landscape lighting — high-end residential projects where your craftsmanship shows every single day.

Role Snapshot

• Start on site around 6:30am; wrap most days near 5pm
• Install water features, pond components, and low-voltage lighting
• Perform mowing, trimming, stone work, and site prep/cleanup
• Operate jobsite equipment to move materials and contour grades

Must-Haves

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
• Steel-toed boots (strongly recommended)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Reliable work ethic and good attitude — experience welcome but not mandatory

Experience That Elevates Your Application

• Hands-on landscaping or outdoor labor history
• Time on Bobcat, Dingo, skid steer, or similar equipment
• Track record of tenure with a single employer

Dress Code

Solid dark shirt with no logos; jeans without holes. Dress for the weather. Pack your lunch and bring plenty of water daily.
