Insurance Client Service Specialist - Growth & Retention

Provide insurance quotes to prospective and existing clients Review and analyze client exposures, determine & recommend appropriate coverage Assist clients with policy and claims-related questions Process endorsements, review renewal policies, and report claims Foster strong relationships with clients Maintain account retention Rounding accounts Prepare insurance documents including RMV forms & proof of insurance Assist customers with claims Qualifications At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience High school diploma or equivalent Exceptional phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Solid computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, etc.) Ability to work independently A team player who is self-motivated and driven to succeed Marshall Insurance Agency, Inc. provides a pleasant, comfortable office atmosphere.
