About the Role Genius AI is growing fast and the quality of every hire shows up in the product, the culture, and the trajectory of the company. As a Senior Business Recruiter, you'll own the full cycle across a diverse mix of roles and levels, act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, and build the pipelines and processes that make us better at finding and closing the right people over time. You will report to the Senior Manager of Business Recruiting. You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in an in-person environment. We default to being in-office 3–4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays. What You'll Do Own full-cycle recruiting across a diverse set of roles and levels spanning Marketing, Sales, Strategy, G&A, and Customer Experience, delivering a high-touch experience for candidates and hiring managers at every stage Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies that build strong top-of-funnel pipelines and differentiate GlossGenius as an employer in competitive talent markets Build AI-powered recruiting workflows that automate the repeatable parts of the process, including sourcing, outreach personalization, and pipeline tracking, so your time stays on the work that actually requires judgment Serve as a strategic partner to executive leaders and hiring managers, using data to shape decision-making, influence role scoping, and drive hiring decisions Manage the full offer and negotiation process, from structuring competitive offers through closing candidates in complex situations What We're Looking For 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a high-growth technology company, with a track record of closing strong candidates across a mix of functions and seniority levels Proven experience building AI-powered recruiting workflows that changed how you source, engage, or manage pipeline Comfortable making calls with incomplete information and moving quickly without losing quality, whether that means pushing a hiring manager toward a faster decision or restructuring a search that isn't working Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write outreach that converts and give feedback that lands clearly Highly organized with sharp attention to detail, able to manage a high volume of requisitions without letting candidates or hiring managers fall through Track record of providing a genuinely high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers, treating recruiting as a relationship function rather than a transaction Benefits Competitive health & dental insurance options, effective on your first day of employment Flexible PTO In-office lunch twice per week for NYC and SF employees, plus late night dinner stipends Access to Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform with discounted gym memberships, fitness classes, and mental health resources Annual stipend for professional development and continued learning High performers at 5 years receive a generous stipend to use however you recharge best 401k benefit: employees are eligible to contribute starting day1 of employment Dependent Care FSA Paid parental leave Fertility and adoption benefits via Carrot and Kindbody The base salary for this role is between $140,000–$170,000 + equity + benefits. The compensation package offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
