Title and Summary

Global B2B & Product Marketing Specialist - Small and Medium EnterprisesMastercard is seeking a highly motivated Global B2B & Product Marketing Analyst to support the growth of our Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) business. This role works across product, commercialization, sales, regional marketing, communications, and agency teams to help bring new solutions, capabilities, and growth initiatives to market.

The Specialist will support a range of marketing activities, including sales enablement, thought leadership, content development, digital marketing, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager and communicator who is comfortable operating in a dynamic and evolving environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating across a diverse stakeholder landscape.

This role is well suited for an intellectually curious marketer who enjoys translating complex ideas into clear and compelling stories, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and contributing to marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth

Role
• Support the development and execution of global marketing initiatives for SME solutions and priority growth segments.
• Develop customer-facing sales enablement and marketing assets, including presentations, thought leadership, videos, and other supporting collateral.
• Support content and amplification efforts across digital channels, including LinkedIn and other owned and earned platforms.
• Coordinate with product, regional marketing, communications, and agency partners.
• Manage project plans, timelines, stakeholder reviews, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Track results and summarize performance to support optimization and planning.

About You
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, product management or a related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic and evolving environment and collaborating with stakeholders across functions, regions, and levels of the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Naturally curious with a willingness to learn about new products, customer segments, and market trends.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and strong sense of accountability.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay Ranges

Purchase, New York: $84,000 - $135,000 USD
