• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
• Ability to foster a supportive, structured, and engaging learning environment

Role responsibilities:

• Develop, adapt, and deliver curriculum and instruction to meet individual education plans
• Work closely with students with varying disabilities to help them reach their potential
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain detailed progress documentation
• Collaborate with general education staff, families, and support personnel
• Provide guidance and support to instructional aides or paraprofessionals as needed
