The organization offers a collaborative environment, a strong commitment to patients, and the chance to make a tangible impact through strategic and tactical marketing initiatives.Position OverviewThis is where tactical execution meets strategic thinking.As a Product Manager, you will support healthcare professional (HCP) marketing efforts by helping develop brand strategy, executing tactical plans, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver impactful programs. You will manage marketing initiatives from concept through execution, collaborate with agency and internal stakeholders, and leverage customer insights to drive effective engagement.This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys ownership of key initiatives, and is eager to grow within pharmaceutical or biotech marketing.The Product Manager will support commercialized and/or launch products, communicating brand strategies and executing marketing tactics with a high degree of independence.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage HCP marketing tactics for assigned brands or products.Lead tactical initiatives from concept development through approval, production, and deployment.Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to execute marketing programs effectively.Support the development of annual brand plans, including strategy, positioning, messaging, and tactical execution.Develop and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.Manage HCP-facing materials such as sales aids, educational resources, digital campaigns, websites, email programs, and media initiatives.Track and measure performance of key marketing initiatives through relevant KPIs and analytics.Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.Support market research activities and customer insight generation.Participate in promotional review processes and collaborate with legal, regulatory, and medical stakeholders to ensure compliance.Engage with field sales teams to understand customer needs and improve resource utilization.Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, customer environment, and market dynamics.Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across projects.Support additional commercial and marketing initiatives as needed.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree and 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing experience; or equivalent combination of advanced degree and relevant experience.Strong project management and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word).PreferredMaster's degree in a relevant field.PharmD or other advanced healthcare-related degree.Previous experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales.Experience supporting product launches and omnichannel marketing campaigns.Exposure to promotional review processes and cross-functional commercial teams.Why Consider This Opportunity?Opportunity to support innovative products in a growth-focused organization.High visibility within a collaborative commercial team.Exposure to brand strategy, launch planning, and omnichannel marketing execution.Meaningful work supporting therapies that address significant patient needs.Strong opportunity for career development and increased responsibility.Salary and BenefitsSalary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location)Benefits: Competitive benefits packageApplication ProcessInterested candidates who meet the qualifications are encouraged to apply. xhyhwjd Please ensure your resume highlights your relevant experience and achievements.
