Patient population/age: Adult & Some Cooperative Pediatrics
EMR: Dentrix
Cases/Procedures:
Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Full & Partial Dentures, Root Canals, Simple and Surgical extractions, Invisalign, Hygiene Checks, Implant Placement and Implant Restoration.
Wave One Rotary system and Invisalign experience is preferred but not required.
Providers can refer out complex cases as needed. Patient education and bedside manner is equally as important as the procedures the provider is performing.

Additional notes: The ideal dentist candidate would have strong clinical skills, excellent chairside manner, and a patient-focused approach to care. We value a doctor who is team-oriented, growth-minded, confident in treatment planning, and committed to providing high-quality dentistry while building long-term patient relationships. Requirements:
Board Certification: Not required for Dentists
State license required: Yes
DEA: Not required but preferred
Certifications preferred: Invisalign Certification, Nitrous Oxide Certification (if required in the state)
Certifications required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe & requirements: New TB test
