Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for clients experiencing various mental health challenges, utilizing the most current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) under the guidance of licensed supervisors. \n
- Develop individualized and evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' clinical needs, ensuring each plan is tailored to support their therapeutic journey. \n
- Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing issues related to mental health disorders, including crisis intervention, addiction counseling, and family dynamics. \n
- Utilize telehealth platforms effectively, ensuring safe, secure, and confidential sessions while proficiently navigating electronic health records (EHR) for documentation. \n
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care, participating in regular case consultations, providing insights, and discussing complex cases with team members and supervisors. \n
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, treatment progress, and administrative tasks while adhering to all relevant regulations and best practices in mental health care. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current on therapeutic techniques and mental health trends, thereby continually enhancing the quality of care provided to clients. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A current license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D) in the state of Nevada. \n
- A master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work obtained from an accredited institution. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing psychotherapy services within a clinical setting. \n
- Proficiency in utilizing telehealth systems and electronic health records to deliver and document client care effectively. \n

- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse clientele. \n
- Experience in developing family therapy techniques and interventions. \n
- Familiarity with integrated care models and collaborative strategies in mental health treatment. \n
This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
