Client Service Specialist, Business Insurance Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) provides business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions to organizations and individuals. Responsibilities Deliver prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. Collaborate with team members to meet customer service needs. Process changes, conduct rating, and maintain accurate client data entry. Qualifications High school diploma required. Property & Casualty Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days). Two (2) years of Business Insurance experience, preferably in an agency. Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.). Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Insurance designations such as CISR, AAI, CIC, etc. Experience working with EPIC, Sagitta, and/or ImageRight. Benefits Generous time off, including personal and volunteering leave.
