Sobre el puesto: ABOGADO DEFENSOR DE SEGUROS FLANAGAN, BARONE & O'BRIEN, LLC ("FBO") es una empresa exitosa y en crecimiento que abraza la empresa diversidad buscando construir un equipo sólido de profesionales. FBO está actualmente buscando un seguro de litigio Abogado defensor con 5-7 años de experiencia en juicios. El puesto ofrece un horario flexible y el Oportunidad de trabajar tanto de forma independiente como como parte de nuestro sólido equipo de litigios. Responsabilidades: Gestionar todos los aspectos de la defensa de seguros (automóvil, responsabilidad civil general, construcción, productos asuntos de responsabilidad civil y daños materiales) hasta y durante el juicio, incluyendo la prueba de pruebas, el tribunal comparecencias, declaraciones/interrogatorios bajo juramento, cuestiones de expertos y gestión de clientes Comunicarse con clientes, expertos y testigos para preparar y completar el testimonio en el juicio Redacción de escritos, escritos, mociones, descubrimiento, informes requeridos de clientes Emitir opiniones sobre responsabilidad, daños y valor del caso Comparecer ante los tribunales y árbitros/mediadores Cualificaciones: Licenciado en derecho de una facultad de derecho acreditada Admitido en el Colegio de Abogados de Nueva Jersey Debe haber completado al menos cinco (5) juicios civiles 5-7 años de experiencia previa en litigios con uno o dos juicios ante el primer tribunal Experiencia en defensa de seguros, responsabilidad civil general y litigios de construcción Capacidad para integrarse en un entorno rápido y orientado al equipo Habilidades excepcionales de escritura y comunicación Competencia informática Capacidad para mantener/introducir tiempo facturable Capacidad para priorizar asignaciones y carga de casos según el calendario de juicios Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal El candidato debe tener un horario flexible y demostrar compromiso con ofrecer un cliente de calidad Servicio y cumplimiento de los plazos de finalización de trabajos. El candidato debe ser miembro en regla del Colegio de Abogados de Nueva Jersey y poder viajar según lo requiera para juicios, audiencias, declaraciones, etc. FBO ofrece un paquete completo de beneficios y es un empleador que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades.
