CDL Class A Driver

WALK-IN INTERVIEWS:

When: Wednesday's from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM MST

Where: 1790 S 5200 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84104

What to bring: Medical Card & Class A Driver License

• Annual salary: $95,000–$120,000 - ($2,000/week)

• Hours: 50–55 hours/week with overtime after 8 hours

• Routes: Home Daily

• Average stops per day: 3 – no ramps, lift gate/cart deliveries only

• Starting pay: $32.60/hr with pay increase after 90 days

• Weekly pay and excellent benefits (medical, dental, vision)

Position responsibilities:

• The primary duty of the CDL Class A Driver entails the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, company equipment, and the courteous delivery of products to our valued customers.

• The CDL Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our local customers and are responsible for pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle

• The CDL Class A Driver will securely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck

• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Have at least 1 plus year CDL Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military

• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
