Machine Operator- Bolingbrook IL
Location: Bolingbrook, ILShift:
Shift A: 3 AM-3PM or 5AM-5PM Sunday-Tuesday Alternating Wednesday
Shift B: 3PM-3AM or 5PM-5AM Thursday-Saturday Alternating Wednesday
Pay:
Shift A: $16/hour
Shift B: $17/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort printed materials by job type, size, or customer specifications
- Inspect products for defects, misprints, or quality issues
- Remove damaged or incorrect items from production lines
- Stack, bundle, and organize materials for further processing or shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist machine operators and supervisors as needed
- Meet daily production and accuracy targets
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs (if required)
- Previous warehouse or production experience preferred but not required
