As an Electric Drive Application Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting technical and customer-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Savage, MN Responsibilities Design and develop electric drive solutions tailored to customer needs and specifications. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to support project development and technical consultations. Analyze system performance and troubleshoot issues to optimize efficiency and reliability. Create detailed technical documentation, proposals, and system configurations. Support training efforts for internal teams and customers to ensure proper system understanding and operation. Qualifications Experience in electric drive systems, motor control, or related fields. Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical system integration. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and drawings. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver’s license; some travel may be required.
