Client Advisor - Bellagio

Summary The Client Advisor represents the Brand and delivers an exceptional luxury customer experience, guiding clients into the world of the brand and building long-term relationships. The role focuses on maximizing individual and team sales through personalized service, discovery of client needs, and an omnichannel approach. Responsibilities Create a welcoming environment and deliver excellence in-store according to the client journey ceremony. Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to develop personalized relationships and future opportunities. Embrace and promote an omnichannel mindset, supporting cross-channel client engagement. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent service, foster constructive communication, and support a positive working environment. Actively engage in cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities and meet individual sales targets and KPIs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, competitors, brand and product information. Handle customer complaints effectively, escalating to the line manager when necessary. Ensure high standards of shop floor presentation and visual display, following operational and stock procedures. Contribute to store security and be attentive to preventing product theft. Requirements Passion for selling and for working in a retail store environment. Curiosity and interest in luxury, fashion, art and design. Proven experience building long-lasting client relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required and additional languages are a plus. Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, results-driven mindset and problem-solving ability.
