Business Development Representative

Job TitleJob DescriptionProspect and cold call targeted shipper accounts dailyQualify opportunities (volume, lanes, pain points, decision makers)Set and hold zoom / in person meetings with shippersMaintain accurate CRM notes and activity trackingManage transition of account to AM'SMeet weekly with Sales manager to discuss top prospectsRequirementsProven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development rolesStrong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levelsExcellent communication skills in English, both verbal and writtenExperience with outbound calling, warm calling, telemarketing, or marketing campaigns is highly desirableKnowledge of CRM software, technical sales processes, and customer service principlesAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environmentDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting and relationship managementEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
