What You’ll Do Day-To-Day Examine equipment to diagnose trouble and effect repairs or replacement of broken parts. Adjust functional parts of equipment as required. Must adhere to established industry and safety practices. Inspect completed work and ensure that work conforms to requirements of local building and safety codes. Industry approved apprenticeship program or equivalent OJT work experience Good communicator/team player Must be able to follow written and oral instructions managing assignments per shift Ability to TIG weld and maintain certifications What You'll Bring High School diploma or equivalent education. Journeyman card is preferred. Welding experience. Minimum of 4 years work experience which relates to the pipefitting maintenance field such as fabrication, installation and repair of industrial piping systems. A thorough knowledge of maintenance techniques, material, tools and equipment. Ability to follow and carry out written and oral instructions and perform basic mathematical calculations. Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment operation experience is desirable. Ability to work a variety of shifts including rotating shift assignment. Ability to function well as a member of the work team. Total Rewards Package Total Rewards Package Salary: $51.97 - $54.70 per hour, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
