• Coordinate deal workstreams across internal teams, advisors, lenders, and investors

• Conduct sector-specific research across infrastructure verticals (transport, power, utilities, digital, energy transition)

• Perform valuation, sensitivity, and benchmarking analyses for infrastructure assets and platforms

• Prepare investment memoranda, pitch materials, and transaction presentations

• Assist with due diligence , data room management, and transaction documentation

• Partner with senior deal professionals to manage timelines, priorities, and client communications

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline

• Strong interest in infrastructure investing, project finance, or real assets

• Solid financial modeling and valuation skills; project finance exposure is a plus

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities

• Ability to manage multiple deal processes simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment

• High attention to detail with a proactive, execution-oriented mindset

• Prior experience or internships in investment banking, infrastructure advisory, private equity, project finance, or consulting are beneficial
