You must be able to read and follow planograms and execute resets and remodels accurately.What the Job EntailsRemove and relocate existing craft merchandise during resets and remodelsSet shelves, peg hooks, shelf strips, price labels, signage, and other merchandising componentsStock and organize merchandise according to planograms and project specificationsBuild, move, assemble, and adjust retail fixturesSet seasonal and specialty merchandise according to store layoutsMaintain organization and accuracy throughout projectsWork with team members to complete projects accurately and on scheduleTravel regularly from job location to job locationWork efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding retail environmentTypical schedule: Sunday – Thursday, overnight shift; project schedules may varyIf you have hands-on craft store merchandising experience and are ready to travel, work hard, and grow with a team that takes pride in getting the job done right, we want to hear from you!Required ExperiencePrevious merchandising, reset, or remodel experience in an arts & crafts, hobby, or specialty retail store requiredFamiliarity with craft departments such as seasonal, floral, fabric, yarn, sewing, jewelry, scrapbooking, framing, home décor, and other specialty categoriesExperience with planograms, peg hooks, shelves, shelf strips, price labels, signage, and retail fixturesAbility to organize and merchandise large quantities of product according to layouts and planogramsAdditional RequirementsAbility to work as part of a team and meet strict deadlinesAbility and willingness to travel extensivelyReliable personal transportation required; Done Right does not provide rental vehicles, and public transportation is not sufficientMust be 18 or olderAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work for prolonged periodsAbility to periodically lift up to 35 poundsAbility to pass a national background check and participate in random drug screeningsValid government-issued identificationPositive attitude and ability to work well with othersWillingness to assist teammates and help complete projects successfullyDRM Code of Conduct:Being a member of the Done Right Family comes with many perks but also a shared responsibility by all employees to uphold our company values.
