Investment Banking Vice President - Clean Energy & Power

Job Description

Our client a full-service investment bank with more than 125 years of history and a global platform spanning securities brokerage trading research underwriting and corporate advisory services is seeking a Vice President to join their Investment Banking team in New York focused on the Clean Energy & Power sector.

This role suits a strategic thinker with a strong background in complex financial transactions a self-starter ready to work hard in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at once. Experience leading sell-side M&A transactions is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of M&A recapitalizations and capital raises (debt and equity) transactions within Clean Energy & Power
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients managing relationships and delivering financial solutions
• Oversee the development of detailed financial models valuation analyses and presentations
• Mentor and develop junior team members fostering a collaborative high-performance culture
• Contribute to business development efforts identifying and pursuing new client opportunities across the Clean Energy & Power sector
• Build sector expertise and represent the firm at industry events and client meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required
• 36 years of investment banking experience with a Clean Energy & Power M&A track record preferred
• FINRA licenses required: SIE Series 79 Series 63
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook
