From troubleshooting to repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance — you’re the expert our customers trust. Qualifications High school diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an HVAC/R field technician EPA certification and a valid driver’s license Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret schematics and work plans Basic comfort with mobile apps and technology A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed This is a physically active role.
