RN - Home & Community Care Specialist (HCS)

South Texas Community Living

South Texas Community Living is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse to provide HCS nursing coordination for individuals with intellectual disabilities in group home and natural home settings in the McAllen area. This RN role mirrors home health nursing with duties tailored to HCS regulations.
