Field Sales Consultant

Average earning potential of $200k–$300K annually with uncapped commissions!

What We Offer:

Average earning potential of $200K–$300K annually
True uncapped earnings through bonus and commission structure

About the Role:

Meet with homeowners in their homes to design and present cabinet refacing solutions
Build rapport, identify customer needs, and recommend the best solution for their home
Measure projects, prepare accurate pricing, and present financing options
Close sales using our proven One-Sit Close sales process
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through signed agreement

Key Qualifications:

In-home sales, outside sales, or business-to-consumer sales experience preferred
Proven ability to close sales and exceed performance goals
Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
Strong communication and presentation skills
Professional appearance with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments (no Saturday evening appointments)
