TLC Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Liberal, Kansas. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Title: RN - Labor and Delivery Schedule: Nights Requirements: - Active KS RN license - BLS, ACLS, and NRP (AHA only) - Minimum 3 years of experience as an RN - Completion of 2 travel contracts (no first-time travelers) Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide nursing care in Labor and Delivery, assisting with postpartum and couplet care. - Care for newborns in the nursery and manage OBGYN post-operative patients. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. - Monitor patients' conditions, administer medications, and perform assessments as needed. Compliance / Notes: - Drug screen required on-site as part of compliance. - Must be over 45 miles from the facility; include mileage in the submission packet. - Consider housing arrangements in advance.
