ROUTE SERVICE MANAGER

Dothan, Alabama

You run the service side of a branch. Drivers, supervisors, customers, and the P&L that comes with them.

This is a national uniform and facility services company, 80 years old, $1.5 billion in revenue, 300,000 customer locations. The Dothan location needs someone to own service delivery and the team behind it.

What you'd run

A team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors delivering to customers every day, everything from family owned shops to large corporate accounts. You hire them, train them, and develop them. You own retention, account growth, and the profitability of your book.

You're also in front of customers. Relationships, service recovery, and contract renewals are yours to negotiate.

The second is where it goes. This role feeds directly into Branch Manager and General Manager seats across the organization, and the company is growing fast enough that those seats keep opening.

What you need

- Experience leading a route, service, or delivery team. Uniform, linen, facility services, food or beverage distribution, pest control, or anything route based translates directly

- A track record of keeping customers and growing accounts, not just running the routes on time

- Comfortable coaching, correcting, and hiring drivers

- Strong on negotiation and renewals

- High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's preferred

- Solid with MS Office

- 21 or older, valid non-commercial driver's license, DOT physical, able to lift 50 pounds

- Personal vehicle used for business must meet minimum insurance requirements
