This role is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced event marketer to shape and execute a full-funnel events strategy across major industry conferences and tradeshows. You will be responsible for turning live experiences into powerful growth drivers that increase brand awareness, generate pipeline, and strengthen relationships across the self-care ecosystem. Acting as both strategist and hands-on executor, you will oversee every stage of event planning—from concept and logistics to on-site delivery and post-event performance analysis. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure every event is aligned with business goals and measurable outcomes. This is a highly autonomous, cross-functional role where creativity, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making come together. You will also serve as a key brand ambassador in the field, representing the organization at major industry events across the U.S.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of tradeshow and conference programs, ensuring high-quality brand representation and seamless delivery.
• Develop and manage a strategic event calendar aligned with marketing and revenue objectives.
• Own event logistics including vendor management, contracts, booth setup, staffing, and on-site operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, SDR, Marketing, and Operations teams to define goals, drive attendance, and ensure strong pipeline impact.
• Design and support pre- and post-event campaigns to maximize engagement, meetings, and conversions.
• Manage event budgets, performance tracking, and ROI reporting to continuously optimize event effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, partners, vendors, and customers.
• Oversee messaging, creative assets, demos, and attendee experience to ensure consistent brand storytelling.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, or a similar role, ideally within SaaS or technology environments.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end execution of tradeshows, conferences, or sponsored events.
• Strong ability to demonstrate measurable business impact through pipeline generation and ROI tracking.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Deep understanding of event operations, logistics, booth execution, and live event management.
• Experience working with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Sigma, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to represent a brand confidently in public-facing environments.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote environments with frequent travel requirements (up to ~30%).
