SAP Basis Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS & Security Lead to manage SAP operations, lead a team of 5 members, and drive customer engagements independently during EST hours. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP BASIS and Security teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Manage SEV calls, customer discussions, and stakeholder communications. Own and track incidents, service requests, upgrades, system refreshes, vulnerability remediation, PGP/SSH key management, and production support activities. Drive project planning, effort estimation, prioritization, and execution of technical initiatives. Lead technical discussions and provide solution guidance to customers and internal teams. Ensure risk mitigation, dependency management, and successful closure of all assigned activities. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration for SAP ECC 7.4 . Expertise with Oracle Database and Oracle Linux environments. Experience managing SAP Fiori landscapes and SAP Mobile Services on SAP Fiori Gateway . Solid understanding of SAP Security, Roles, Authorizations, and SAP GRC . Experience managing security compliance, audits, and governance requirements.
