Responsibilities Support attorneys through all stages of IP litigation Manage case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars Assist with discovery, document review, and productions Prepare and coordinate court filings Support infringement and invalidity contentions Assist with claim construction and Markman hearing preparation Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial preparation Bluebook cite‑check briefs and legal documents Work with experts, vendors, and litigation support teams Mentor junior paralegals and legal assistants Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required ABA‑approved Paralegal Certificate required 8+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred Experience supporting complex litigation through trial Proficiency with Relativity, Opus 2, CaseMap, Lexis, Westlaw, and iManage Exceptional organizational and communication skills Why Consider This Opportunity?
