Production Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Pay Range: $21 Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, 2-2-3 rotation, every other weekend off What's the Job? Perform all tasks associated with production equipment safely, maintaining quality and efficiency standards Observe machine operations to ensure product quality and conformity Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature as needed Stop or reset machines during malfunctions and troubleshoot deviations from standard parameters Complete production paperwork accurately and maintain consistent attendance What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent Basic written communication skills Basic computer skills and math skills Manufacturing experience preferred Knowledge of sanitation, GMP, and allergen handling processes is a plus What's in it for me?
