The right candidate is organized, takes initiative, works well both independently and with others, and is excited to contribute to a team-driven environment. This position offers room for growth, hands-on training, and the chance to be part of a company that values integrity, teamwork, and professional development.ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and stock incoming products and materials.Pick, pack, and stage products for outgoing shipments.Perform local deliveries to job sites as needed using a company transit van.Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and control processes.Operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience a plus; training available).Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe.Assist in staging products for installation crews and service teams.Perform light computer work for inventory management and order tracking.RequirementsValid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical tasks safely.Must be drug free and able to pass screenings.Strong work ethic: dependable, organized, and motivated.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Forklift operation experience preferred (will train).Basic computer skills for warehouse software/inventory tracking.Benefits - Great work environment – air-conditioned warehouse.
