In this fully remote role, you'll help manage reservations, organize travel details, maintain accurate records, and ensure every client itinerary moves smoothly through each stage of the planning process.

Using established systems, training, and digital tools, you'll coordinate travel arrangements, monitor booking progress, communicate with clients, and keep workflows running efficiently. What You'll Do

Coordinate travel reservations, itineraries, and booking workflows

Assist with planning flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, vacation packages, and transportation

Organize travel documents, confirmations, and scheduling details

Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and confirm reservation information

Monitor booking progress and follow up on outstanding travel arrangements

Maintain accurate digital records and client documentation

Review travel plans for accuracy and completeness before departure

Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the travel planning process

What We're Looking For

Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills

Experience in customer service, administrative support, hospitality, scheduling, or travel is helpful but not required
