Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and valid DOE certification required
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure
• Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Dedication to culturally responsive and inclusive services
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload with varying needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency skills
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy to students, either one-on-one or in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
• Educate staff and families on speech and language strategies
