Clinical Supervisor - LMHC Required

Clinical Supervisor LMHC (ONLY) We are seeking an experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor to serve as Clinical Supervisor in our mental health clinic. Responsibilities Provide direct clinical supervision to staff, interns, and clinicians in accordance with agency policies and procedures Maintain a small client caseload Support supervisees in meeting productivity requirements Monitor caseloads and related duties, coordinating activities of staff to meet treatment plan goals of individuals and families Oversee clinical documentation to ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards Provide clinical coverage Collaborate on annual reviews of assigned clinicians Coordinate clinical presentations for staff meetings Attend staff meetings Attend supervisors meetings Maintain billable hours based on contract Perform other duties as assigned as the program evolves and needs change Qualifications Master’s degree in Mental Health, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Must be independently licensed as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Minimum 3 years post-licensure Familiarity with providing services via telehealth and managing a remote workforce Benefits Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 100% Employer paid Life Insurance Paid time off Health insurance Vision insurance Dental insurance Schedule Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday 8‑hour shifts One late night required Location Malden, MA 02148 (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr Embrace Pathways LLC
